About

I work across disciplines that most people keep separate. Sales engineering for complex technical products. Finish carpentry and furniture making. Running a tree service. Building tools to solve problems that don't have off-the-shelf solutions.

The common thread: understanding systems, working with constraints, and making things that work. Whether that's a demo environment, a dovetail joint, or a rigging plan for a hazard tree.

This site documents the work and shares what I've figured out along the way. Read the writing →
